Multichannel Marketplaces
Coordinated management of your presence across all major marketplaces. One catalog, an integrated strategy, monitored account health.
One control room
Every marketplace has its own rules. We know them all
Selling on Amazon is one thing. Selling on Amazon + eBay + AliExpress + ManoMano + Kaufland is another. Each marketplace has its own business model, ranking logic, fees and policies. They need to be managed as distinct ecosystems, but with a single strategic vision.
Our operating model lets us manage catalog, pricing, promotions and advertising in a coordinated way across all marketplaces, avoiding cannibalization and getting the most out of every channel.
What we solve
The three situations we see most often
Amazon only, nothing else
All revenue concentrated on Amazon. Dependence on a single channel, exposure to policy changes, suspensions and ranking drops.
Launching without a plan
Listings duplicated across 5 marketplaces at once, zero platform-specific adaptation, customer care that can’t handle eBay messages. The result: a brand penalized everywhere.
Cannibalized brand website
The marketplace starts selling at the same prices as the official website, with the same SKUs and the same target audience. Eroded margins and a drained direct channel.

FAQ
Marketplace FAQs
Do I need to be on every marketplace?
No. Being everywhere doesn’t mean effective coverage: every marketplace needs dedicated operations. We select the two or three channels with the most potential for your category, and after 6-12 months we assess whether expanding makes sense.
What if I already have an active Amazon channel?
We start with a full account audit, identify the issues (listings, advertising, account health) and decide whether to rebuild or fix. Only then do we start expanding to other marketplaces, never before.
Do you also work with vertical marketplaces beyond those listed?
The channels we operate on day to day are Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, ManoMano, Kaufland, TikTok Shop, ePRICE, Feltrinelli, Cdiscount and TEMU. For specific vertical marketplaces (fashion, gourmet, lifestyle), we run a case-by-case assessment.
How do you manage competition between marketplaces and your own website?
With differentiated assortment strategies (marketplace-specific SKUs, bundles, different packaging) and pricing policies that protect the official website as the main margin channel.
How do Amazon FBA and FBM compare with other marketplaces?
Only Amazon offers FBA as an integrated service. On eBay, AliExpress, Kaufland, ManoMano and the other channels, logistics is always seller-managed: for our clients, we run it from the Konke hub with FBA-equivalent SLAs for European markets.
How many marketplaces are you managing today?
Let’s look together at where you are today and where you could be in six months. No glossy presentations, just data.
