Konke is the group’s 3PL hub, based in Perugia. Not a generic warehouse: a facility built to handle typical marketplace flows, with processes tailored to FBA, FBM, cross-border dropshipping, single-unit picking, returns management and promo kitting.
We ship to more than 95 countries through integrated carriers (DHL, GLS, UPS, BRT, FedEx, and the local postal service in each country). Rates are negotiated centrally and passed on to our clients.

Logistics FAQ
Do you handle both FBA and FBM?
Yes, often in a hybrid model. FBA for top sellers, where the Buy Box and Prime justify the costs; FBM for the long tail and slow-moving categories. The right choice differs for each ASIN and should be reviewed regularly.
Do you also handle regulated products (food, cosmetics, batteries)?
Yes. We handle food (with lot and expiry tracking), cosmetics, batteries and ADR-classified chemicals. Each category has defined, compliant workflows for receiving, storage, packing and returns.
Can I integrate your warehouse with my ERP?
Yes. We have standard connectors for the leading ERP/WMS systems and build custom integrations where needed. The goal is a single, real-time view of inventory and orders.
How much does logistics cost?
Pricing is modular, by activity: storage per cubic meter or per pallet, picking and packing per order, shipping by weight and destination, returns handling per event. We set it once we’ve seen your catalog and volume projections.
What happens during seasonal peaks (Christmas, Black Friday)?
We handle them with shared forecast plans 60–90 days ahead of the peak, dedicated space and extra picking capacity. This is when logistics gaps do the most damage, so we plan it as a project of its own.
